Vala is an on-demand health, wellbeing and medical consultation service. You can speak to one of our UK-based
GPs and Physician Associates during the day, at weekends or out-of-hours via live, secure video connection. No question is too big or small. Get timely reassurance, advice or second opinion.

We will listen, understand and recommend the best next steps for you, whether that is diagnosis, advice, tests or specialist referral. There is no limit to the number of problems we discuss, and because we don’t like to rush things, we don’t limit the appointments to 10 minutes. We can even arrange for you to collect prescriptions from a pharmacy near you.

Our doctors are registered with the UK General Medical Council (GMC). Vala/iPrimaryCare is registered with the UK Care Quality Commission (CQC), the regulator of the NHS and private medical providers. We comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 which sets out standards under which providers can offer medical services remotely.
